Position: Commercial Real Estate Consultant

Hong Kong Office

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for commercial leasing and sales in Hong Kong, with office, retail and industrial client opportunities
  • Conduct research, financial analysis, valuation and investment feasibility reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
  • Drive sales and leasing through existing corporate network
  • Develop and generate new corporate client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HK real estate market
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and good negotiations skills
  • Personable and able to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
  • Must be a valid EAA License holder

 

Position: Property Lister

Hong Kong Office

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Search for property listing and information through daily newspaper clippings and other sources
  • Data entry of property listings and maintenance of our client database
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords to find solutions for clients
  • Coordinate client appointments and provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with minimum two years working experience in real estate
  • An outgoing dynamic personality with a passion for real estate and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-driven, highly organized and a good team player
  • Highly proficient in computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, MS Paint.net and conversant with Internet web browser
  • Good knowledge of real estate properties is an advantage
  • EAA License holder is an advantage

 

Position: Residential Real Estate Consultant

Hong Kong Office

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
  • Responsible for interfacing with clients to assist in home search and relocation services
  • Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
  • Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales
  • Drive sales and leasing through existing corporate network
  • Source and develop new client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HK real estate market; experience with corporate clients an advantage
  • EAA Licence holder
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills
  • Personable and able to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential. Multilingual skills including Chinese, German or Japanese a plus
