Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling sales & leasing activities
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Tenancy administration and agreement preparation
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients, owners and developers
- Handle emergency incidents, customers' enquiries and complains
Requirements:
- University graduates with minimum 2 years working experiences
- Preferably with license
- Must have excellent commend of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, client service oriented and with team spirit
- Proficient in computer skills including MS office

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and greeting guests in a professional manner
- Provide general office administration duties and related tasks
- Provide general and logistical support to the office, meetings and events, including tea and refreshment services and purchasing of miscellaneous items
- Provide administrative & clerical support to the team as required
- General office administrative support, such as typing, filing, photocopying, mailing, courier arrangement, ordering of stationery & office supplies, equipment maintenance, etc
- Any ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisors / Managers
- House keeping -- Office tidiness
- Hotel reservation / airport transfer arrangement for visitors
- Database maintenance
Requirements:
- Presentable with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Liaise with executive tenants to handle property management coordination of lease renewal, repair and maintenance, and march out services
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle emergency incidents, customer’s inquires and complaints
- Monitor the standards of repair and maintenance
Requirements:
- University graduates with minimum 2 years experience in real estate or service industry, preferred but not necessary
- Must have excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Mature, independent, self-motivated, client service oriented and team spirited
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
