Beverly L.W. Sunn, President

The president and co-founder of Asia Pacific Properties, Beverly L.W. Sunn, is a real estate and relocations specialist whose professional career spans more than 25 years in the U.S., Hong Kong and China.

From APP’s start in Hong Kong in 1985, with a staff of three in two small rooms, Sunn has grown the business into a thriving, global enterprise with offices in five major Chinese cities and a professional affiliation with NAI Global, one of the world’s largest, independent, commercial real-estate networks with 375 offices in 55 countries.

The hallmarks of Sunn’s career have been service, cross-cultural understanding and adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards.

Today, besides working on international business development, Sunn, a licensed broker in Hong Kong and the U.S., serves on the board of directors and on the international task force of Worldwide ERC® (Employee Relocation Council), the relocation industry’s leading trade group, headquartered in Washington, D.C.

She also serves on the international board of directors of the Chicago-based Leading Real Estate Companies of the World™, the largest network of top independent local and regional brand-name brokerage firms in residential real estate.

Born and raised in the U.S., Sunn maintains her qualifications through ongoing professional programs in law and ethics. She also speaks regularly at international real estate and relocation conferences worldwide.
