NAI Harcourts Promotes Australian Investment in China

Recently, Chris Nicholl, Chief Executive Officer of NAI Harcourts, and the foundation franchise partners from Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth visited Zhengzhou in central China as part of an Asia Pacific Business Chamber Delegation to China.

The purpose of the trip was to promote investment opportunities between Australia and China. The group attended the International Investment and Trade Fair and was also granted a special opportunity to address 300 civil and business leaders from the Henan Province (with a population of 100 million) to specifically introduce Australian property investment opportunities.NAI China.

The trip provided an exceptional opportunity to promote Australian investment opportunities and to gain feedback on behalf of Australian property owners. Several discussions have been started in relation to specific property transactions and many relationships were founded through the visit.

The visit was also a great opportunity to reinforce the regional presence of NAI Global and to introduce NAI Harcourts to the Chinese market alongside our Chinese member firms in Beijing, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Qingdao, Shanghai, Xiamen and Xi’an.
