Residential Real Estate Consultant
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
- Responsible for interfacing with clients to assist in home search and relocation services
- Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
- Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales
- Drive sales and leasing through existing corporate network
- Source and develop new client relationships
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential
- Minimum 2 years working experience in HK real estate market; experience with corporate clients an advantage
- EAA Licence holder
- Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills
- Personable and able to build relationships with prospective clients
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
