Residential Real Estate Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
  • Responsible for interfacing with clients to assist in home search and relocation services
  • Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and march-in services
  • Conduct market research of new residential developments for leasing or sales
  • Drive sales and leasing through existing corporate network
  • Source and develop new client relationships

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in HK real estate market; experience with corporate clients an advantage
  • EAA Licence holder
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills
  • Personable and able to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications

Asset & Tenancy Management - Account Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Liaise with executive tenants to handle property management coordination of lease renewal, repair and maintenance, and check out services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, owners, developers and vendors
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Matriculated with minimum two years administration experience.  Experience in real estate leasing or property management would be an advantage
  • Holder of EAA license or willing to obtain license
  • Must have excellent command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin is an advantage 
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and good negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Office

Assistant Administrator 

Provide administrative support to the Asset & Tenancy Management (ATM) Division

  • Liaise and oversee work of Contractors  for repair and maintenance issues
  • Liaise with Utility companies to arrange set up or termination of utilities. 
  • Data input, scanning and systematic filing of documents

Provide administrative support to the Office

  • Handle incoming calls and serve refreshments to guests in a professional manner
  • General office administration duties including but not limited to typing, filing,  photocopying, mailing, courier arrangement, equipment maintenance, etc
  • Order stationery and office supplies and maintain accurate inventory records
  •  Assist with immigration duties including deliver/collect immigration documents.  collect/return of documents to Clients.
  •  Any ad hoc assignments assigned by Supervisors / Managers
  •  House keeping -- Office tidiness 

Requirements

  •  Presentable with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and cantonese
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  •  Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
